 Payment and shipping:
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal and Instant EFTs. If you make use of bank transfers, it must be made within 5 days of placing your order. Once the amount owed has been cleared by our bank, only then will the order be confirmed and shipped. Orange Sun will not accept your order if payment has not been received. Proof of payment must be sent to orders@orangesunonline.com

Complaints – Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Cancellation of order
Prior to delivery of items, you may cancel an order at any time before receiving a dispatch or delivery notice. After delivery of item/s, you may return item/s only accordance with the Return Policy.

Cart & Love it list items
Placing items in your cart or Love it list without completing the payment does not constitute an order for such item/s, and as such, item/s may be removed from the shopping cart if stock is no longer available, or the price thereof might change without notice to you. You cannot hold Orange Sun liable if such items are not available or are not available at a certain price when you complete or attempt to complete the payment process at a later date.

Availability of stock
You acknowledge that stock of all items on offer is limited, and that pricing may change at any time without notice to you. In the event of items for sale by Orange Sun, Orange Sun will take all reasonable steps to monitor stock levels and ensure that when stock is no longer available, that offers thereof will be discontinued on the website. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of stock. When items are no longer available after you have placed an order, Orange Sun will notify you and you will be entitled to a refund of any amount already paid by you for such items.

Gift Vouchers
Orange Sun may from time to time make physical or electronic gift vouchers available for use on the Website towards the purchase of Goods. Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed while they are valid, and their expiry dates cannot be extended. More specifically:
1. Gift Vouchers that are purchased by registered users are valid for 3 years after Sale. Gift Vouchers that Orange Sun gives away for free are valid for the period stated thereon. In each case, if your Voucher has not been used within that period, it will expire.
2. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to buy other Gift Vouchers. They do not accrue interest and are not refundable for cash once purchased or otherwise obtained. If your Gift Voucher value is less than the amount required to cover the full order you wish to place, you may make up the difference by paying via one of our other payment methods.

Termination

In the case of your non-compliance to our terms and conditions agreement, we reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or deny you access to our services and website.

Entire Agreement

• By email will be deemed to have been on the date indicated in the “read receipt” notification. All email communications between you and us must make use of the “read receipt” function to serve as proof that an email has been received.
• Orange Sun may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason and without prior written notice, suspend or terminate the operation of the website or the user’s right to use the website or any of its contents subject to us processing any orders then already made by you.
• You may not cede, assign or otherwise transfer your rights and obligations in terms of these terms and conditions to any third party.
• If any term or condition contained herein is declared invalid, the remaining terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
• These terms and conditions contain the whole agreement between you and Orange Sun, and no other warranty or undertaking is valid, unless contained in this document between parties.
